Return Eligibility

- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Items purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions.
Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your Order ID and product images (if applicable).
- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
